Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery Time: 4-11 business days after shipment
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7-14 business days from order placement (Monday to Friday)

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or missing, check your tracking details and follow these steps:

Status: Delivered

  • Check with household members or neighbors to see if they received the package
  • Check common delivery locations (porch, mailbox, side door, etc.)
  • If the package is still missing, contact our customer support at support@lustreeco.com to start an investigation with the shipping carrier. Investigations can take up to two weeks, with an average resolution time of 4 days

Status: No Updates/Error

  • If your tracking details haven't been updated for 5–10 days or show an error, contact the shipping carrier or our support team at support@lustreeco.com
  • Investigations can take up to two weeks, with an average resolution time of 3 days

Status: Returned to Sender

  • If your package is returned to our warehouse, contact our support team immediately
  • We will investigate the reason and arrange for reshipment at no additional cost (provided the original address was correct)

Important: If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered by the customer at checkout, we are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
