Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Times

- Delivery Time: 4-11 business days after shipment
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7-14 business days from order placement (Monday to Friday)

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or missing, check your tracking details and follow these steps:
Status: Delivered
- Check with household members or neighbors to see if they received the package
- Check common delivery locations (porch, mailbox, side door, etc.)
- If the package is still missing, contact our customer support at support@lustreeco.com to start an investigation with the shipping carrier. Investigations can take up to two weeks, with an average resolution time of 4 days
Status: No Updates/Error
- If your tracking details haven't been updated for 5–10 days or show an error, contact the shipping carrier or our support team at support@lustreeco.com
- Investigations can take up to two weeks, with an average resolution time of 3 days
Status: Returned to Sender
- If your package is returned to our warehouse, contact our support team immediately
- We will investigate the reason and arrange for reshipment at no additional cost (provided the original address was correct)
